Creating A Raised Garden - Scott Yandell

If you enjoy gardening but live in an area where there is not enough room to start a garden, consider creating a raised garden.  Scott Yandell enjoys gardening and has many different kinds of garden. If you are cramped for space but want to garden m consider creating a raised garden.

  • Location:- Find a level area of your yard or patio where you can build the raised garden. Make sure it gets plenty of shade and sun or has the right amount for the type of plants you wish to grow. You should also make sure it is accessible so you can water and care for your plants each day.
  • Construction:- Make your bed out of lumber. You can make it in any shape or size you want. Fill the bed with gravel or rocks before adding your soil. This will lift the bed off the ground. You can also add mulch to the top of the garden after you have finished planting the plants.
  • Planting:- Make sure you space your plants far enough apart that they can grow and will not fight for space. Don’t add too many plants to your garden and make sure you are not adding more plats than you can handle.

A raised garden can give you just enough room to grow the plants or produce you want to grow.
Scott Yandell uses gardening to help deal with stress and has been gardening for a while now.
